Yay!
Look what came in the mail today:
Woohoo! I was so excited when the Ravelry Store opened, but it was right around finals or the qualifier and I wasn’t on Rav much, so I missed out on the first round of things. I liked the Ravelry Logo Totes, so I figured I’d wait around until they came in stock again and make a big order. So then they finally came back in stock, but I didn’t have any discretionary money at the time, so I waited. And then the Ravelympics Pins came out, limited edition, and as much effort as I’ve put into my socks, I knew I needed to have one! So I said screw the totes, I’ll get the Organic Cotton Veggie Bag instead. And it’s awesome. So are the Magnets, and the Frogged/Ripped Shot Glasses. Excellent.
And oh yeah. The socks are done!!!!!!!!! Photos to come in the morning, when the sun (hopefully) comes out! =)

Oh that all looks like such fun!!!! Congrats on the socks!
I have the organic veggie shirt.
I’m glad you finished the socks. I was totally rooting for you love!
You are so fantastic. So my mom is putting me on a yarn diet. I have been sending skeins beyond skeins home in boxes from Alaska…good thing she doesn’t know about the 3 new skeins hidden upstairs.
I did get some qivit for cheap…which I’m still totally stoked about. I am having a little bag envy…I will get a tote someday. Have a good one.

Nice! I couldn’t pick a shirt – I love ‘em all! After the Germany craziness, I’m back on my yarn diet. I have so much, and a lot of great yarn, that is getting sad sitting around in plastic bins. =( Qiviut for cheap, though, is definitely worth cheating on the diet! I’m jealous. =)
I bought it on ebay. It was the “buy it now” option and it was only $15 for a skein, now take in hand that the skein was small, but I now have it in my stash. It was well worth it, because I can buy another skein and have enough for a project. It is natural, so the coloration won’t be too off. Anywho! Stay safe!
